The owner said this house was brand new. It totally is. She has this house spotless. It is in a perfect location. We never move our car. We want the same week next year. What a great vacation.

Great House And Location

Just got back from our stay at Jamie’s Beach House. Both couples that stayed with us loved the decor and vibe of the house. It feels very modern with HD TV’s in every room. This is very close to everything. No car needed for restaurants, bars, coffee, beach or boardwalk. During the weekend some of Carolina Beach Vacationers would park beside the house which gives you an idea how close everything is and I absolutely loved that the closest thing to the house was a grocery store. They have everything you need and was an awesome family ran place. Big gas grill on a big back deck….. we grilled out a lot and loved it!
If I were too give a negative remark, it would be that the wifi was a bit weak and in the house next door. I know it’s vacation and nobody should really be working at the beach but it was a little spotty but a simple wifi link between the houses would fix that and I wouldn’t even call this a negative at all.
Loved the house and a great price for what you get. Highly recommended!

A very quaint little house. The appliances and furniture are top notch. Very nicely decorated, counters are granite!! Clean, and close to EVERYTHING!!! Best vacation so far, just the 4 of us, enjoyed all the Carolina Beach had to offer from the Aquarium to surfing lessons for the kids. Beach, resturaunts, food store, and beverages are all within walking distance. Great Fireworks on Thursday night to boot!!

All I can say is that this house is even better than is pictured.
It was so comfortable and had top-of-the-line amenities. Having the grocery store across the street was so convenient and the owner was kind, friendly and helpful. We were so close to everything yet far enough away to enjoy some peace and quiet.
The owner left us a book with much helpful information concerning the area. I would definitely highly recommend this home and would gladly stay in this property again.

Great Place to stay

Jamie met us at the house and showed it to us. It was clean and ready for us. It was quiet inside with plenty of room for a family of 5. Can easily walk to eat and have fun at the beach. Will be back for the next spring break.

My Favorite Home Away From Home

This house and the surrounding Carolina Beach area make for a fantastic get-a-way. For the past 2 years, some friends and I have come in from out of town for a lovely girl’s weekend in Carolina Beach. We couldn’t have had a better time. The house is tastefully decorated and has everything you could possibly need. When we weren’t at the beach or out canoeing at the National Park, we had a lot of fun BBQing, playing games, watching movies, checking out the little diners and coffee shops in the neighborhood, and just relaxing. Additionally, Jamie is a joy to work with and each time I’ve rented from her, the houses have been immaculate. I can’t wait to come back!

Amazing house

My husband and I and another couple stayed in the house as our anniversary vacation. It was a beautiful home and very clean. We walked to the beach every day and really enjoyed the stay. We loved the fact that we could cook in the house and not have to go out every night. Jamie was very welcoming and accomodating. We loved staying here!

So Happy to Have Vacationed in Carolina Beach

Loved it!! So close to everything. We walked to the beach everyday and came back to a very relaxing property. The kids loved the carnival by the boardwalk and we loved having a small grocery store right across the street. My husband and I spent a lot of time on the front porch in the evening after a long day at the ocean. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook meals and the nice grill on the deck was a huge bonus.

My best friend and I came down in this past May. We had rented the property next door, but Jamie was remodeling so we stayed in this house. It was amazing. I felt like I was staying in a Pottery Barn showroom! It was beautiful. And it had everything you needed. We also missed a DVD player but I just read another review that said it was in a cabinet! No worries. I actually am writing this review while I am checking availability for September…we are coming back!! BTW-snuck next door and looked at Jamie’s other property…also adorable. And Jamie is so sweet and accomadating. I had to cancel previously and Jamie was so understanding and let me reschedule. I have recommended her to several people and I hope they take my advice!

Awesome stay!

The house was so wonderful and everything we needed was available. The owner is very sweet too. Very close to the beach and resturants. Only recommendation is a DVD player – but we just used our laptop. The best part was after it rained one night, there were amazing shorebirds in the backyard! Carolina Beach/Wilmington is an amazing area of NC and this house is perfect for your stay.

We stayed here last October and November! Our first beach rental and it couldn’t have been any better. Jamie and Brian are super people to work with and the location couldn’t be better. You literally do not have to drive anywhere. The accommodations are very clean and comfortable. Spacious parking and close to the beach. It just doesn’t get better then this. We have already made our reservations for this year. Thanks Jamie and we’ll see you in October.

Awesome! We stayed in Jamie’s property late May 2011. Super clean! Great decorations! Close to beach! wonderful front porch! Close to dining and grocery store! Just can’t say enough great things about this place! Even close even to walk to the state park one day for some hiking.

Was our family’s first trip to Carolina Beach and we picked a great location to stay and what a wonderful Bungalow. Very neat, clean and convenient to everything. Jamie was great to rent from and very helpful with information about the area. I recommend her rentals to everyone. Nothing more to say than they are GREAT!

We have rented several times from Jamie. She is a wonderful person to deal with, she goes out of her way to help you have a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The houses she rents are all very well maintained, clean, and decorated well. The beds are very comfortable and the kitchens are well stocked. Having the linens and towels provided is also nice. I highly recommend these rentals. We love renting them!!!!

We could not have been more thrilled with the location or the house itself! It was absolutely adorable and very clean. Grocery store across the street, and the beach a little more than a block away! Everything was wonderfully convenient.

We stayed at this wonderful house with our 3 little girls and had a blast. The house is clean and well decorated. It is exactly as represented in the description the house is located in a great place very close to the beach, restuarants, parks and other local attractions. We have recommended this house to several of our closest freinds. The owners know how to make their guest feel right at home.

This bright, airy house is full of charm and convenience. Within walking distance to everywhere, there is no need to drive while here. Quality decor and wonderfully equipped. Would definitely rent again.

My husband and I enjoyed our stay at the cottage. We were within walking distance to shops, the beach and a grocery store right across the street. The cottage had everything you needed for a comfortable stay. Also, it was very clean…very important to me. Lastly, Jamie was a great person to rent from.

I took my family here for summer vacation. We had such a good time. The house is spotless. The owner really takes care of her properties. We walked everywhere all week. We had a great time and will rent this house again next year.

Great Vacation Location!

My family are so happy we decided to stay at this rental house. The lady we rented it from was very patient and helpful, answering all our questions before we booked. The house was very clean upon arrival. It was so spacious – it even had a bonus room for the kids to play their video games and watch TV, along with a very roomy and fully stocked kitchen. It was also great to have TVs in each of the bedrooms. I would definately suggest this rental to others and we plan on staying again in the near future!
